JOB INTERVIEW


       


      Job interview means a face to face interaction between the interviewer and the candidate/candidates so as to obtain desired information from him/them. It can also be defined as a way of exchanging meanings between individuals by using a common set of symbols or also it can be defined as a ​meeting in which an ​employer ​asks the ​person ​applying for a ​job ​questions to see whether they would be the ​right​ person to do that ​job.









Advantage of job interview :

  • Easy correction of speech : Any misunderstand & mistake can be rectified easily in interview.
  • Time saving 
  • Less costly
  • Sufficient information : because the interviewer can ask any question to the interviewee.
Disadvantage :
  • Incomplete process: Suitable candidate can not be selected by interview only. The written test is more important than the interview.
  •  Lack of attention : Much attention is required for a good interview
  • Biases of interviewer
  • Not suitable for personal matters






Ways to overcome :

  • give free workshop to  graduate student for example give education for how be confident , wears properly and tips interview.
  • before go to interview, must study about the company, knows about the job you will be hiring
  • arrived on time before interview, so will prepare for the success
  • remember body language and avoiding bad habits.
