DRIVING LICENCE







   A driver's license (or driving license) is required in Malaysia before a person is allowed to drive a motor vehicle of any description on a road in Malaysia under Road Transportation Act 1987, section 26(1). Section 26(1) of Road Transportation Act, an individual must possess a valid driving license before being permitted to drive on the road, or can be prosecuted under section 26(2) with penalties or jail or both of them. Driving license holders are subject to all traffic rules stated in the Malaysian Road Transportation Act 1987.

A Malaysian who reaches the age of 16 will able to get the Motorcycle license (B2). A Malaysian who reaches the age of 17 can get the car license (D).  If anyone who wish to get the lorry license the requirement of it is must reach the age of 21 or above.
For a Malaysian who wants to get any three of these license need to pass through the Highway Code Test. This test is conduct with two type of language which are English or Bahasa Malaysia.
For the people who success to pass the Highway Code Test, they need to attend for a Theory course which take the time of 6 hours.

ways to overcome :


  • JPJ have to make invasion to driving licence school and give warning to them
  • JPJ have to impose a large amount of penalty who still give a expencise prices to the students
  •  JPJ also have to competent not to accept bribes




















The advantages of having driving licence :

  • you can be free completely from the dependence on your parents so you can go everywhere and enjoy your private life
  • also can use your driver licence as an important document to prove your identification easily so you do not need to worry about proving yourself anymore when submit something



the disadvantage :

  • be aware of accident rate because driving requires a lot of attention and care
  • to prevent from the accident, you may not use your cell phone while driving
  • be aware of the cost maintaining such as purchasing a gas, changing oil regularly, renewing licence and having car insurance

JOB INTERVIEW


       


      Job interview means a face to face interaction between the interviewer and the candidate/candidates so as to obtain desired information from him/them. It can also be defined as a way of exchanging meanings between individuals by using a common set of symbols or also it can be defined as a ​meeting in which an ​employer ​asks the ​person ​applying for a ​job ​questions to see whether they would be the ​right​ person to do that ​job.









Advantage of job interview :

  • Easy correction of speech : Any misunderstand & mistake can be rectified easily in interview.
  • Time saving 
  • Less costly
  • Sufficient information : because the interviewer can ask any question to the interviewee.
Disadvantage :
  • Incomplete process: Suitable candidate can not be selected by interview only. The written test is more important than the interview.
  •  Lack of attention : Much attention is required for a good interview
  • Biases of interviewer
  • Not suitable for personal matters






Ways to overcome :

  • give free workshop to  graduate student for example give education for how be confident , wears properly and tips interview.
  • before go to interview, must study about the company, knows about the job you will be hiring
  • arrived on time before interview, so will prepare for the success
  • remember body language and avoiding bad habits.
































SIJIL TINGGI AGAMA MALAYSIA (STAM)


   Sijil Tinggi Agama Malysia is  an exam which was first introduced in 2000 through a collaboration between the Ministry of Education and Al-Azhar Al-Sharif. Oral examination is scheduled to commence in July 2000 and a written examination in November / December 2000.

   STAM introduced to ensure that graduates of the Sekolah Menengah Agama Negeri (SMAN) and Sekolah Menengah Agama Rakyat (SMAR) through a standardized education system and recognized in and outside the country. STAMintoduce to ensure that students admitted to the University of Al-Azhar and its university equivalent in and outside the country, consists of those who are really good quality and can have a degree in the shortest period of time


STAM examination start :
  •  In 1997 agreement has been reached between the authorities in Egypt and Malaysia in order to streamline the system and the conditions of admission of students to the University of Al-Azhar.
  • Following the Ministry of Education had discussed with Al-Azhar Al-Sharif in Cairo, Egypt on 10 to 12 November 1998 and approval has been obtained on the implementation of the examination and certification system.

  • education about religious have to learn from kindergaten for example tell about sin and reward of something such as if you steal , your hand will cut and this will make them more focus to do for the better
  • teacher have to more patient in deliever knowledge, lets the student to ask the question , and also teacher have to answer the question with understandable
  • parents also have to taking part in learning their children to be succesful people

PT3


         



 Assessment Form Three, or were introduced by the abbreviation PT3, is a summative assessment to evaluate student's academic achievement at lower secondary level.  PT3 is an assessment used to replace the Lower Secondary Assessment has been carried out since 1993. These assessments cover the scope of the syllabus of Form 1 to Form 3 by goals, objectives and content of the subject. However, Assessment Form Three was published in a somewhat hastily, that in the last few months before the assessment is carried out for the first time in 2014 from July to October in the same year. Form Three students would be tested via Pentaksiran Tingkatan 3 (PT3 or Form 3 Assessment) which replaces the Penilaian Menengah Rendah.









PT3 would be used as the basis to determine the entry of students into Form 4 in fully residential schools, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Agama, Mara Junior Science Colleges (MRSM), including Sekolah Menengah Teknik (SMT), and vocational colleges. Besides PT3, entry into these schools will also be based on the psychometric test to ensure that the selection and emplacement of students suited their capability and interest.


Advantages of PT3 :

  • Bahasa Melayu And English Subjects Would Be Implemented Using Written Test And Oral Test Assessment
  • There Is No Centralised Examination For Form Three Students As In Previous Years
  • Science, Maths, Islamic Education, Living Skills, And Other Vernacular Language Subjects Will Use Written Test Assessment Instruments
  • History And Geography Subjects Will Be Assessed Using A Combination Of Written Assignments, Practical Tests, Projects, Field Or Case Studies
  • Schools Will Also Administer And Assess Students Based On The Scoring Regulation Guide Provided By The Examination Board

MALAYSIAN UNIVERSITY ENGLISH TEST ( MUET )

The MUET speaking test is one of the four areas which will be tested apart from reading, writing, and listening. This test is to evaluate the student’s fluency as well as their level of command in the English language.Unlike the other tests, the MUET speaking test is the only one which will require you to interact with three other students. It is aimed at testing your ability to:

  • Effectively  convey your message and opinion across to others
  • Think critically
  • Keep a conversation going
  • Use the English language in a fluent and confident manner



Grading system :

Band 6 – Very good user (Aggregated score: 260-300)
Very good command of the language. Highly expressive, fluent, accurate and appropriate language: hardly any inaccuracies. Very good understanding of language and contexts. Functions extremely well in the language.

Band 5 – Good user (Aggregated score: 220-259)
Good command of the language. Expressive, fluent, accurate, and appropriate language but with minor inaccuracies.Good understanding of language and contexts. Functions well in the language.

Band 4 – Competent user (Aggregated score: 180-219)
Satisfactory command of the language. Satisfactory, expressive and fluent. Approriate language but with occasional inaccuracies. Satisfactory understanding of the language and contexts. Functions satisfactorily in the language.

Band 3 – Modest user (Aggregated score: 140-179)
Modest command of the language. Modestly expressive and fluent, appropriate language but with noticeable inaccuracies. Modest understanding of the language and contexts. Able to function modestly in the language.

Band 2 – Limited user (Aggregated score: 101-139)
Limited command of the language. Lacks expressiveness, fluency and appropriateness: inaccurate use of the language resulting in breakdown in communication. Limited understanding of language and contexts. Limited ability to function in the language.

Band 1 – Extremely limited user (Aggregated score: below 100)
Poor command of the language. Unable to use language to express ideas: inaccurate use of the language resulting in frequent breakdowns in communication. Little or poor understanding of language and contexts. Hardly able to function in the language.





WAYS TO OVERCOME 
  •  The school should provide particular space for candidates
  • The invigilator should check the sound system especially for listening and speaking test
  • The candidates should be place a way from a noisy environment such as vehicles especially for listening test

SIJIL PELAJARAN MALAYSIA ( SPM )






The Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), or the Malaysian Certificate of Education, is a national examination taken by all fifth-year secondary school students in Malaysia, equivalent to eleventh grade in American's K–12 (education). It is set and examined by the Malaysian Examinations Syndicate (Lembaga Peperiksaan Malaysia).SPM is equivalent to the O-Level and is the second last public examination at the secondary school level before the entry into a tertiary level education at a university or other higher education institutions. The purpose i chosen this assessment because Malaysia frequently occur nature disaster that give negative impact to all comunity especially students who taking SPM ,PMR , STPM and so on.

SPM 2015 to go on as scheduled even with haze - Mahdzir


 Education Minister Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid said the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) 2015 will go on as scheduled even though there are no signs of the current haze situation improving.

He said the SPM exams which will begin on Nov 2 cannot be postponed just to accommodate the very small percentage of students who face respiratory issues during haze.

“Cannot be postponed as SPM involves some 400,000 candidates,” he told reporters at Parliament lobby today.
